Your participation and generosity during this year’s Fastpitch Cares Tournament in September helped us to reach our goal of raising $25,000 for Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. We are excited to announce that $22,000 was donated to Dr. Rozansky and his nephrology team, to buy 5 Bold Ambulatory Pressure Monitors. This will allow his team to accurately diagnose hypertension in children so proper therapy can be applied.
$2000.00 was also donated to the Go Baby Go Program. This program adapts toys for children in need ages 0-3 so they can play and be mobile. Since our donation in 2021 they have been able to adapt approximately 100 new toys, and are expanding throughout the state. We will also participate in the Child Life Program with a donation of items totaling $1000.00.
All of this is because of you, The Softball Community and your generosity. Together through Doernbecher Hospital we continue to make a difference.
